X Games is thrilled to welcome Kristi Leskinen as our first-ever Alumni Director—a historic hire that underscores our deep commitment to becoming an athlete-first organization.
As a legendary former X Games athlete, Kristi has spent her career pushing boundaries, advocating for greater inclusion in skiing, and paving the way for future generations. Now, she’s taking on a new mission: building programs and events that celebrate and support former X Games athletes, ensuring they feel recognized, valued, and forever part of the X Games family.
